Ah - I though you didn't have the src folder...

In the tree view of TotalCommander (a cool Norton-Commander style tool)
you can select multiple directories even with your WC layout. I wasn't
able to do it in explorer.

So, you could try Total Commander or copy your WC to another place
and move my_project one level up there. Then delete src and be sure
not to check it in the commit dialog if it is listed as missing there.

With the 1.4.0 release of TSVN you will be able to drag and drop files
to the commit dialog.
