In TSVN 1.4.0 you can configure caching to "default" (TSVNCache crawls
your hd), "Shell" (the shell extension crawls folders visible in the shell)
and "none" (no caching at all). I can't tell, if TSVNCache is
suspended immediately after changing the setting, but it's worth a try.
