Overlays no longer showing up on "subst" drive

I've just installed TortoiseSVN 1.3.3, Build 6219 - 32 Bit on my 2003
server PC and I don't see the overlays on my S: drive letter, which is
a subst of C:\Sources. However, the C:\Sources folder itself shows all
overlay icons properly.

Any idea of what has changed with respect to the overlay handling? Is
this a bug you can reproduce? If so, whom should I contact to get this
problem fixed.
