svn 1.3.0 (r17949) shows no conflict, only modification.

        M 451 383 LL t1_test.c

going to upgrade svn
... damn still no setup.exe
... messing with zip file
...

svn 1.3.1 (r19032) also only shows a modification

        M 451 383 LL t1_test.c

anything else I can help with?
