You don't. To delete a whole repository, you simply delete the
directory from the server's filesystem.

But you better get clarification from him before you do anything.
Once the repository is gone, just like dropping your keys in a river
of lava. Just let it go, because it's gone. Unless you've got
backups.

This really has nothing to do with Linux or TSVN, at least the way you
asked the question. If you're a beginner with Subversion, I strongly
recommend you read The Book, http://svnbook.org/
