Crash report

I was moving a mix of versioned and unversioned files to a versioned
subfolder when I ran into the attached error. I think the problem
might be with the path length of the files as one of them would've
been:

C:\Documents and Settings\Greg\My Documents\Jobs\Stuff needed to apply
for new jobs\Cover Letters\Resume Cover Letter - US International
Trade Commission.doc

157 characters, but maybe 128 was the cutoff?

This error is always reproducable.

I also ran into a problem with the crash report dialog. After clicking
Send, I get asked if I want to allow access to MS Outlook. I allow it
for 5 min. A new mail window flashes on the screen but is immediately
replaced by a error dialog saying "The action could not be completed."
I hit Ok, then get another message: "Message did not get sent due to
error code 2. One or more unspecified errors occurred. No message was
sent." Fortunately it next asks me where I want to save the crash
report, so I have attached that.
