ViewVC-Integration (aka ViewCVS aka "Web Log")

Hello,

TortoiseCVS has a "Web Log" feature to automatically open a
ViewVC/ViewCVS URL for a specific file/directory. Since ViewVC offers a
lot of additional features compared to the standard SVN web "interface",
it would be great if this could be done with TortoiseSVN as well...

Is there anything that can be done with the current TortoiseSVN in this
  regard? If not, could this be considered a feature worth adding? This
could be done very easily by letting the user input a default ViewVC
URL, which will then be called together with the path of the selected file.
