Locked in repository status not indicated

Hello,

TSVN is not indicating the status for files which are locked in the
repository.
Though files that are locked in the working copy are properly indicated.
I have verified that there are enough icon overlay spaces available in
the windows registry.
Right clicking a remotely locked file and selecting "properties -> SVN"
shows the "Lock owner" and "lock creation date" fields as blank.
The only way to get a verification of the correct status is like this...
"right click -> tortoisesvn -> check for modifications -> [check
repository]".

I have tried using the 1.3.0 version of the win32 command line client
and running "svn info FileName" or "svn status" also does not indicate
remote locks properly. Only "svn -u status" will properly indicate a
remote lock. So I suppose, therefore, that this is not a tortoise
specific issue but I though there might be a tortoise specific
workaround. I also noticed that the icon set doe include an overlay
specifically for remotely locked files.

Is there any fix for this or is this an inherent limitation of
subversion?

Here's the version info from my client....

TortoiseSVN 1.3.2, Build 5840 - 32 Bit
Subversion 1.3.0,
apr 0.9.7
apr-iconv 0.9.7
apr-utils 0.9.7
berkeley db 4.3.28
neon 0.25.4
OpenSSL 0.9.8a 11 Oct 2005
zlib 1.2.3

Thanks,
-Jake
