I guess I didn't make myself clear...

I don't see an explicit include option anywhere?

Where would I specify, for example, to only pay attention to folders:
C:\common
C:\project_name1
C:\project_name2

?

Include has priority over exclude. So you can simply exclude "*"
(everything) and then include your working copies.
