It is not a bug. One entry is for the shortcut link itself and the other one for
the target. This can't be avoided since Windows Explorer request them both.

But in the next version 1.4.x (and already in the nightly builds) there is now a
different Tortoise icons to reflect the type of item you clicked. Therefore it
will be easier to distinguish between the shortcut link itself and the link target.
