permission denied after installing TSVN

Hi,

when I compile a project (in VC++ 6.0) I get every few minutes these
kind of errors from the compiler:
C:\path\to\source\file.cpp(10) : fatal error C1083: Cannot open
precompiled header file: 'Configuration/Project.pch': Permission
denied
fatal error C1083: Cannot open compiler intermediate file:
'C:\path\to\Temp\file': Permission denied

When I add these lines to TortoiseSVN Settings -> Icon Overlays ->
Exclude paths:
C:\path\to\source\*
C:\path\to\Temp\*
everything works fine. :-/

I don't think it's a coinsidence, as a full build takes more than an hour.
I tried TSVN 1.3.1 and 1.3.2 on WinXP SP2.

Has anyone had similar problems?
Any suggestions are much appreciated!
