RE: newbie question

Well, I've gotten a bit farther. After a couple of hours I cleared off
my desktop enough to see that My Documents now had the expected green
checkmark but the other link still had the red "?"

I used this as an opportunity to load the new 1.3.2 release over the
1.3.1 release. After a reboot My Documents still had the expected green
checkmark and the red "?" was gone from the desktop link.

While I'm good to go now, I still wonder why the problems in the first
place.

Subject: newbie question

I'm a new user of SVN and Tortoise on Windows XP. I've set up a local
repository using FSFS. As a start I imported My Documents to the
repository last week. Today when I logged on:

- The My Documents icon on my desktop has a red "!". I opened the folder
and everything in there, including all subfolders, has a green
checkmark. Why the red indication on my desktop?

- A link on my desktop to a local network location has a red "?". There
is no SVN info in that location. Links to other locations do not have
any TSVN indications on them. Why?
