I was hoping that Subversion would release version 1.3.1 soon, but I
still haven't seen any indication about that on their mailing list. And
I'd really like to link against 1.3.1 because it contains some bug fixes
which are important (after all, I reported a few of them).

But I think we shouldn't wait any longer, the list of fixed bugs in TSVN
has grown too. So I'll push out the release this weekend.
