How about including Application Data in the exclude path, so I can re-enable it if I want?

Well, that works! But, Optiperl stores all it's remote-sessions files in this folder, I'm not sure if I can change this behaviour. If I can't it will mean pain. Any reason why TSVN was changed to do this?

Scott

Many thanks Kevin Greiner for your efforts in helping me.

Applicatio Data is *not* scanned anymore. As you can clearly see from
its name, data below that folder is for *applications* to store their
data, not for users.

Move your working copy to the appropriate place please, and you'll get
your overlays.
