Feature Request for Get Lock dialogue

Hi tortoisesvn users

Neither in the issue tracker nor the mailing list I have found anything
about displaying the lock owner in the "Get Lock" dialogue. I know that it
doesn't make sense to check the lock owner for all files while browsing in
explorer, but when I try to get a lock I want to see if there is already a
lock from someone else, and if yes from who. Further, in version 1.3.1 the
lock owner is not even displayed in the error message if someone else has
already a lock on the file. This means I have to use "Check for
modifications" and there click on "check repository" before I can ask my
colleague if he still needs the lock.
