Please note, in the 1.3.0 release you will only see a usable graph if the file
was branched/taged once. You will see the "No graph available" if there is not
at least one branch/tag point found in the log of the selected file.
In the current nightly builds for the next upcoming release (most probably
1.4.0) the revision graph got many improvements, maybe you are able to try it out?

What is NIS? Norton Internet Security? I don't know if this blocks anything SVN
related.
