We use CruiseControl for build automation. CruiseControl monitors the
repository and automatically does a build each time there's a commit
by any member.

You could achive this with a pos-commit hook script on the server, but
that's not the best solution.
You might want to take a look at CruiseControl or draco.net which are
bits
of software specifically designed to monitor repositories and trigger
automated builds upon a commit.
