Automaticaly polpulating Branch/Tag dialog (lazyness ++)

I simply love TSVN as it rescued me from VSS hell and it simplified our
weird work flow too! Thanks for the great tool. Sorry for not being on
mailing list but I read it a gmail anyway.

I have a proposal similar to the discussion regarding "Branch
Dialog<http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/servlets/ReadMsg?listName=dev&msgNo=20213>"
by Michael Tiller on TSVN mailing list. It was about "Let user configure the
default branch/tag path and TSVN take it from there.".

My proposal is -

   1. Define properties on root folder of the project say
   tsvn:branch-path and tsvn:tag-path.
   2. Put the default branch/tag paths for the project in these
   properties.
   3. In the dropdown box 'To URL' in Branch/Tag dialog box add two
   entries - "Default Tag Path" and "Default Branch Path"
   4. Selecting these entries would cause TSVN to search for the
   properties and load the value in them.
