RE: SVN Resolved shows up always in Explorer Context menu

This is possible with check for modifications, too. It would have been a
good idea to use a different menu entry, i.e. SVN Resolved Recursive...
That way, one could leave this in the Submenu, and the top level context
menu wouldn't always get cluttered with SVN Resolved.
