You are right nevertheless :)

The destination folder was not in SVN! Because I create it new. But I
did not add the folder to SVN :(

I determined that however only, when I wanted to make a "svn mv" with
the normal SVN.

I received an error svn: Work copy 'PyLucid' is missing or not closed
Then everything was clear to me ;)
