Remember that TortoiseSVN is just another frontend to the official
subversion client libraries. There are a number of GUI alternatives to
the official command-line clients plus bindings for COM, Python, Java,
& Perl so you can roll your own frontend, if you're so inclined. The
breadth of user-interface offerings is amazingly wide.

When looking for clients, scripts, web front-ends, etc, you should
start looking at the root subversion project, not TortoiseSVN. These
are often announced or discussed occasionally on the subversion users
mailing list.
