Can't copy \.svn\tmp\text-base\wagtail.conf.svn-base

Newbie question.

I am trying to get a wxpython application downloaded to run under
windows. However, it gets about a third of the way through the download
and dies with the following error message:-

Error: Can't copy 'E:\Documents and Settings\David Guest\My
Error:
Documents\ozdocit\wagtail\wagmail\.svn\tmp\text-base\wagtail.conf.svn-base'
to
Error: 'E:\Documents and Settings\David Guest\My
Error: Documents\ozdocit\wagtail\wagmail\wagtail.conf.tmp': The system
cannot find the
Error: file specified.

It suggests I do a cleanup which fails with much the same message.

I have tried manually hacking around in the ..\.svn\tmp\text-base
directory, upgraded to the latest version of tortoise and tried on three
Windows boxes all with the same effect.

The repository pulls down without problem with command line svn under
linux.

The site is svn://ozdocit.org/wagtail if someone can replicate my problem.
