Trouble setting up ssh and tortoisesvn

I have been able to get svn running on Windows XP Pro using svnserve and I am able to browse repositories using tortoisesvn.

At this point however I need to take it to the next step connect using ssh. Unfortunately all the walkthroughs on this subject are for getting svn and ssh running on Unix and then connecting with tortoisesvn from a Windows box.

I'd appreciate any help on how to quickly get this working. I imagine it shouldn't be too hard. To make my setup really easy, I've been running svnserve and tortoise on the same Windows XP Pro box and connecting with "svn://localhost".
