Q: removing / renaming a repository?

Hi -

I just installed TortoiseSVN 1.3.1, Build 5521 on my win/XP. I made a new
directory and executed "Create repository here." All ok.

BUT . I changed my mind and want to rename and/or move and/or just plain
delete this one and start over. How do I do that?

Apparently, the folder is locked and XP won't let me delete or rename the
folder. If I execute a move, it will move all the folder content
(locks/hooks/db etc) but not the main folder.
