*every* user I've ever known, met or heard of tells you that. "I
didn't do anything, it just stopped working". :)

Check if his computer is still part of the domain. And his IP number
and mask. Maybe those don't match.

Maybe his user isn't part of the domain group itdev anymore?
Or he logged in locally instead of the domain?

Yes, the CL call is correct.

Well, the error log shows that he couldn't authenticate. So it must be
something wrong there. And since TSVN 1.3.0 has the automatic SSPI
authentication disabled, it works the very same as 1.2.6.
