Either name sounds good to me, and would definately clear up some confusion.

Another silly idea:

That definately sounds like a useful feature. I could see it being much
easier to switch branches by invoking the branch graph on the root
directory, and selecting the branch I want. Would certainly simplify
employee usage guidelines doc I'll be writing soon for the company.
