revision graph q. and FS#192 Show last committed rev in revision graph

Hello to all:

TortoiseSVN is excellent. I love the new revision graph in 1.3.

Why does TortoiseSVN-1.2.6.4786-svn-1.2.3.msi show the latest version in the
revision graph, but TortoiseSVN-1.3.0.5416-svn-1.3.0.msi does not? My
working copy has the latest revision.

Why is this a feature request and not a bug?

I'm currently performing a "pilot" implementation of TortoiseSVN to some
"reluctant" users, so I would really like to demonstrate a revision graph that
shows all information.

Also, it seems that revisions between tags are collapsed in the revision
graph. When I view the log, I see more revisions than on the graph.
