Create patch for multiple files

Hi,

I noticed that it is not possible to select multiple files in a directory and
create a patch for the selected files.
Calling "Create Patch..." for multiple selected files opens a dialog which
always only shows one file. I would have expected that all selected files are
shown in the dialog.

The workaround is to call "Create Patch..." on the directory above and then
select all files which you want to have in the patch.

Tested with TSVN 1.3.0-rc2.

TSVN 1.2.6 didn't show the menu item "Create Patch..." when multiple files
were selected.

Two options: either don't show the menu item when more than one file is
selected or pass all selected files to the dialog.

Maybe it might even be wise to skip the dialog completely if only files (one
or more) are selected when calling "Create Patch...". If at least one
directory is selected then the dialog to select single files surely is
needed.

Stefan, thanks for your work. It is highly appreciated.

Tobias
