invalid port number bug?

Hi,

I used to use svn+ssh on my server, and already have one windows client
using putty+tortoise 1.2.6 working fine with it.
On a w2k, I tried to configure a new client. So I did all points asked
to make it work (make rsa keys... putty works fine with the session
'hebergement' I created... using ssh2) Now if I try to make my checkout
to the directory I need, I try to co:
svn+ssh://root@hebergement/my/repos/dir

And it always answers me with an invalid port number. putty obviously
can connect correctly to the ssh server. which makes me think there is
something wrong with tortoise.
When trying so, I had no putty session launched
(tortoisesvn.sourceforge.net/node/192 doesn't gives me any interesting
trick to avoid my issue).
tortoise version tested: 1.3.0-rc2 and 1.2.6. both failed, with the last
putty version. Windows2000SP3.

any idea?
