Tortoise Not Working

Hello:

I got a new machine, an XI that runs Dual 64 X2 processors. It is running
Win64 but 32 bit apps should still run fine as I see others doing.

I installed the latest and greatest Tortoise SVN. It installed in the
C:\Program Files (x86)\TortoiseSVN directory with no problem. When I
right click it does not show up. Any ideas? I use Toroise on my other
machine with no problem.
