When TSVN crashes (official releases), then a dialog shows up, telling
you about the crash. That dialog also has a button "Send..." which
opens a new email window and attaches the crashdump to it. Then all
you have to do is click on "Send Mail" (or whatever button it is in
your mail program) and I get the crashdump.

If you don't get such a crashreport dialog, check if the crashrpt.dll
is in the TortoiseSVN\bin folder.
