Is it a normale URL? Or is it a file:// URL, because that one doesn't
use passwords.
It could be that the username and password were saved by the user in
some previous setting. I think they are saved in a global INI file.

Subject: Auth works for all client PCs, except one
Has anybody faced a situation where just one TortoiseSVN client
(out of 6) , does not bring up the authorization dialog box, and allows
commit without asking for username and password but all others do ? I
checked the connection URL to the svn server in the particular client
PC, and it is correct. Any guess on what could be wrong ?
Regards,
Chakravarthy.
