Yes. I viewed it with a hex-editor and found the BOM.
An DBCS UTF-8 file without BOM shows crap everywhere.

I don't think it does matter whether you speak Chinese. I attached 2 new pic and they showed a very interesting magic.

When I unchecked "Color code in-line changes", it works almost fine,except the only"?". You can see it in 1.gif

But when I checked "Color code in-line changes",it gave me a crap! Even the english part is corrupt! 2.gif shows the scene.

Of course,All-English works perfect.

Also,I found that after "Color code in-line changes" were changed, you MUST refresh to get the new view of difference. Can I remark it as a bug?

Sorry. I really don't know this tip yet. I do have one,but I don't think I can suppose everyone has a whell-mouse.
