Does you file have a BOM at the start? If not, TMerge can't tell that it
is UTF-8.

Sadly, most of us don't speak Chinese, so we can't tell if it's crap
(except for the '???' which is obviously wrong). We have the same
problems with Korean and Japanese, and we need someone who knows those
languages (and has their PC set up to use them) to help with the debugging.

Too small which way? Do you mean because the lines are too long? If you
have a wheel mouse You can use Ctrl-wheel to scroll left and right.

10K is not a hard limit - just to avoid people sending bmp files. But
gif (or png) is better than jpg for screenshots anyway.
