SVN Commit... Finished! (with error from the server)

From: Bosnjak Zoran ITWEP1 <Bosnjak_at_iskratel.si>

In our repository the pre-commit hook rejects a commit if it doesn't
like log message or any other property. The error message is corectly
transfered back to the client and is displayed in red. The user end up
with only "OK" button.

The problem is that log message is lost in the case of rejected commit.
User has to write it all over again. Typically on 5th rejected commit,
he/she learns to copy log message to clipboard just before commit...
just in case.

I recommend one of the folowing extensions:

- if there is an error, "OK" button should automaticly reopen initial
commit window with original log message in it, same selected files...

- add new button "copy log to clipboard", so when the user gets error,
he/she can get back old log message, and then close the window with "OK"

regards,
Zoran
