TSVNCache.exe opens filehandles

When I try to eject my external harddrive, it says it's not ready. In
process explorer by sysinterals, it says TSVNCache has opened X:\, my
drive. When I force the close filehandle in ProceXP, I can eject it. Has
anyone else bumped in to this, is there a way to fix it or should i
bugreport it?
