I'm using nightly build 4924 and after a commit I don't see any icon overlays in
any folder. Neither a cleanup nor killing TSVNCache does resolve this. Don't
know what is causing this...

Is there any more info I could provide? It is absolutely reproducible. After
booting I see all overlays fine, but after the first commit, all overlays are gone.

I already reinstalled TSVN with rebooting after uninstall and I used
ClearInstall.exe before installing again. It doesn't change this behavior.
