how to dump a local repository and to load it on an online server??

Hi,
 I'm using TSVN 1.2.1 to manage files at local drive.
To move the revisions of a repository, i tried svnadmin dump and svnadmin
load on local drive, that works fine at local drive.
But I have a requirement to dump a local repository and to load it on an
online server... I have an account (professional) @ wush.net<http://wush.net>.
How to load the dumpfile of a local repository to online server?
What steps should i follow??
