Icon overlays are often not updated correctly. Especially the left side
(folder tree) of Explorer has a lot of trouble with this. Apparently
it's a Windows bug/feature.

Sometimes it will help to close all folders subtrees up to the one
containing the repository, then press F5 and then open them again.
