just installed 1.2.6 - context menus gone

I was running 1.2.1 and just installed 1.2.6. I rebooted after the installation.
The folder icons are still there (e.g., white checkmark in a green circle), but
there are no tortoiseSVN context menu entries when I right-click.

I have no registry entry for HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\.svn
