I have exactly the same problem. For some time now I often had that problem
without realising TSVNCache was the culprit; I just discovered it when I decided
to use Sysinternals Process Explorer to check it out.

Only Fixed drives is checked. I tried checking and unchecking Removable drives,
but that didn't change a thing.

Windows XP Professional SP2, in case that's relevant.
