SVN Cache prohibits removeable USB harddrives from being dismounted.

I've got a Maxtor One Touch external USB harddrive. Once I've
attached the driver, I can not remove it properly by left
clicking and asking Windows (Win2k SP4) to dismount the drive,
unless I kill the SVN Cache process prior to doing so.

There is no svn archive checkouts on the removeable hd. The
cache should realize this and close all handles to the drive so
that it can be dismounted correctly.

Is there any way I can disable this cache? I've search through
the manual, I can only find early references to a registry switch
when you could turn it on while it was still undergoing tests. I
often turn on my computer where I dont need SVN at all and then
it annoys me that its chewing on my hd for no reason.

Regards,
Thomas Larsen.
