Log - Search for Actions (e.g. Delete)

The title pretty much explains this feature request.
Let's suppose I would like to locate which revisions of a directory
there were "Deleted" actions.
Under the search box in the "log" dialog of the directory, I would like
to be able to select "actions" as a search criteria and type Deleted,
and have it show me all the revisions of the directory where there were
deletions
