It might be worth updating to a more recent revision, and provided the
next nightly gets posted, try tomorrows. (Well sometime after 12PM UTC).
There always seem to be people with negative experiences when Explorer's
two pane views are employed. I never use it that way so I don't see what
you see. There is a deliberate inbuilt cache delay, I think to overcome
a race condition so be patient and be prepared to exercise F5 or drill
into and back out of folders to force Explorer to refresh the icons.
