diff stopped working

I installed openoffice 2 today and diff has stopped working. I have totally
removed TortoiseSVN and re-installed it but still no joy. I am not 100% it
was installing openoffice that broke it but it is the only think I can think
of. I am currently using version TortoiseSVN-1.2.5.4719-svn-1.2.3.
 
Any ideas?
