That bug has been fixed in HEAD already (as Simon mentioned before)

That's how it should work, see our FAQ (hidden registry tweaks).

* why is this so interesting for you?
* why do you need a debug build, what do you expect from it?

You see, a debug build is
- very big, which means a long time to upload it somewhere, not to
mention the data traffic it needs (I'm paying my ISP by data transferred).
- a lot of work to get it ready

You can try a nightly build instead and see if it works better for you.
