No Context menu after upgrade to 1.2.4, but overlay icons

Hello,

I upgraded to 1.2.4 (from 1.1.0) and now my TortoiseSVN context menu
items aren't visible anymore. The overlay icons still work and show the
correct status. The tortoisesvn.dll is loaded from the explorer. I'm
running on WindowsXP SP2 and have already tried to perform a fresh
installation of 1.2.4 twice.

Any more ideas?
