Which is the whole point if we want to prevent 'beginners' from
inadvertently using the relocate command.

Perhaps another way of discouraging the use of the relocate command is
to degrade it -- by default -- to the second sub-menu (if that is
implemented later)

Perfect wording if you ask me. IMHO the Switch button will add to the
confusion here, how about ending the dialog with 'Do you *really* want
to relocate?
[Yes] *[No]* [Help]

(No being the default).
