[TSVN] Help with Path not present

I'm trying to commit to repository but keep getting message

Error path 'Advisor' not present

However, I do see the path in the repository when I do show log.

I'm also getting the following message when I tried to commit a new folder I
created in my WC. I'd marked the file as "Add" and the little plus icon is
showing on the folder. But I cann't commit it to the repository.

Error File not found: transaction '24-1', path '/rg/Trunk/RGRoot/Payment.

I was able to commit before with other changes. The only different thing I
did on this is that I ran the "Update" before committing.
