Feature request: relative URLs for SVN Add as externals here

I really like the new featue : SVN Add as externals here .
However we have a common practice to use relative external URLs whenever
possible, just as suggested in the dug.
https://tortoisesvn.net/docs/release/TortoiseSVN_en/tsvn-dug-externals.html

Is it feasible to strip the absolute URL automatically to a relative URL
when the server hostname of the new external URL is identical to server
hostname of the URL of the working copy where the external is added to?
